THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE:
Our commitment to you, encompasses the following:
1. Assisting with obtaining your documents wherever possible—note that the cost of obtaining your documents is for your account.
If you require documents translated, we can also arrange a quotation for you .
We recommend the services of a Supreme Court Sworn Translator, who we have a long-standing relationship with.
This person will deliver your translated documents to us when this has been done.
2. We will assist you in booking the IELTS test, if you need this help.
3. Processing of your qualifications assessment in a professional, thorough manner and to current guidelines
4. Preparation and processing of your State sponsorship application (if required).
We will also provide you with information and advice on how to answer questions raised in State sponsorship applications.
We also perform job-searching on your behalf, to assist and enhance your State sponsorship application (where applicable).
5. Preparation, processing and lodging of your main residence application with the respective immigration department/government body
to current criteria.
6. Advising you of your file reference information and any communication we receive from the immigration body on your application
throughout the processing timeframe.
7. Providing full instructions and forms when your family’s medicals are requested by the relevant immigration body.
8. Assisting with obtaining police clearances that are also requested at medicals stages.
In most cases, we will hand your fingerprints in at the Criminal Records Centre in Pretoria on your behalf, so you don’t have to bother about this.
9. On visa grant, we will arrange to have your visas ‘evidenced’ into your passports, where applicable.
10. We have made partnerships with several reputable service providers – ranging from removal companies to pet relocation specialists
and we will provide you with contact details, leaflets and brochures whenever these are available. We are not Tax consultants
or personal bankers, however we will give you general information to assist in your migration planning.
We suggest that any specialist knowledge you require should be sought from your own bank or tax consultant.
